How we work

Innovadia Online Tutoring -- Free Tutoring, Computer.
In order to facilitate our tutoring program, we provide all the necessary equipments.

Hence, the student can access the service from his home. Whenever a student signs up for our program we ensure that he is being taught in compliance with his district’s curriculum. We establish the contact with school district personnel and schoolteachers right from the initial step of creating timetables and goals and maintain it till the completion of the program. A standard tutoring session will be for 60 minutes, 2 times to 3 times per week. The virtual classroom has a white board where the tutor and students can share their problems and work on the lessons. It has a tools panel (pen, graphs, eraser, etc) to facilitate the learning process. The student and tutor communicate through chat and voice.

Our tutoring services incorporate all the features required to bring about maximum student growth in the least possible time. These features are:

1. One to one tutoring, this ensures that the student receives 100% of tutor’s attention and all his queries are instantly dealt with.

2. Learning Plans are developed specifically catering to students’ problem areas.

3.Our lessons are delivered over the Internet thus overriding any safety concern the parents might have about a tutoring program. Moreover, it saves a lot of time of students commuting to & fro the tutoring centers.

4. A timetable outlines the topic, which needs to be addressed in each class. A new topic is only undertaken once the previous one is successfully dealt with.

We use parents’ expert judgment along with the expertise of our tutors and student’s teachers to draft a Learning Plan. Once we complete our assessments we convey the findings to the parents and ask for their feedback before proceeding to form a Learning Plan. Since the parents are well familiar with the daily activities their child is involved in, they are involved in creating a timetable, which would accommodate easily into their lifestyle as well as address their child’s needs at the appropriate time. The parents are provided with monthly progress report, containing the number of learning activities that the student completed during previous tutoring sessions along with the scores they earned on each of the activities, and the total number of hours of tutoring that the student has participated in.

Working parents no longer have to figure out ways to accommodate tutoring center visits into their work schedules. As our lessons are conducted online, the parents can schedule sessions at a time convenient to them. The students can take the sessions from anywhere: home, school or library, wherever is most comfortable. The tutors conduct periodic tests, the result of which is included in the monthly progress reports. Also the tutoring program ends with a post-test assessment test.
